Is there anyone who will volunteer to walk me through the wiki installation? I've tried and need help.

You would need to start with the MediaWiki Installation page.

Actually, you might want to start with your own WampServer install on a local computer before tackling installing MediaWiki on your hosting service's site, if you currently do not have a WampServer testing environment.

Thanks. That is a good idea. My host has been helping and I'm almost done, but not quite.

I created a visual supplement to the MediaWiki Installation Guide documentation on the TNG Wiki as MediaWiki - Installing. It does not cover everything you may need to do to install the MediaWiki, but provides a couple of visuals that may be helpful.
